If a concern is unresolved, the following procedure is in place to ensure that student/family grievances are addressed fairly by the appropriate persons in a timely manner:

  • The parent/legal guardian must address in writing any concerns or grievance to the Principal who shall respond within ten (10) working days.
  • If the concern or grievance is not resolved by the Principal, the parent/legal guardian may request, in writing, a meeting (via phone or in person) with the Head of School to discuss the concern or grievance. The Head of School shall investigate and respond within ten (10) working days.
  • If the concern or grievance is still not resolved, a request in writing will be submitted to the School District Superintendent’s Office.
